Iar o semn\u0103tur\u0103 electronic\u0103 calificat\u0103 ce se bazeaz\u0103 pe un certificat calificat eliberat de un stat membru al Uniunii Europene este recunoscut\u0103 \u00een toate celelalte state ale Uniunii.<\/p>\n<p>Pentru \u00eentocmirea tuturor \u00eenscrisurilor\/documentelor din domeniul rela\u021biilor de munc\u0103 (ex: <em>cereri, declara\u021bii ale salaria\u021bilor, luare la cuno\u0219tin\u021b\u0103 regulament intern, proceduri interne, adeverin\u021be, fi\u0219e de lichidare, procese verbale, note de informare,<\/em> etc.) se poate folosi oricare dintre cele 3 semn\u0103turi din tabel, dac\u0103 condi\u021biile de semnare sunt men\u021bionate \u00een Regulamentul Intern sau \u00een Contractul Colectiv de Munc\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Indiferent de semn\u0103tura electronic\u0103 folosit\u0103 dintre cele 3 din tabel actele vor trebui depuse spre p\u0103strare \u00een cadrul unei arhive electronice conform legii.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen cazul semn\u0103turii electronice, documentele originale vor fi cele semnate \u0219i arhivate electronic. Atribu\u021biile postului<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u201cAtribu\u021biile postului sunt prev\u0103zute \u00een fi\u0219a postului, anex\u0103 la contractul individual de munc\u0103, cu excep\u021bia micro\u00eentreprinderilor cu p\u00e2n\u0103 la 9 salaria\u021bi, definite la art. 4 alin.
