- Copie carti identitate proprietari;<\/li>\n
- Acordul vecinilor si al asociatiei de locatari (sediu social cu activitate, stabilit la apartament);<\/li>\n
- Minim 3 propuneri denumire societate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Pasul 2: statutul de intreprindere sociala este recunoscut prin obtinerea atestatului de intreprindere sociala.<\/p>\n

- Sa aloce minimum 90% din profit scopului social si rezervei statutare;<\/li>\n
- Sa transmita bunurile ramase in urma lichidarii catre una sau mai multe intreprinderi sociale;<\/li>\n
- Sa aplice principiul echitatii sociale fata de angajati, asigurand niveluri de salarizare echitabile.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
